The sleeping room is one of the rooms in our pontoon, the other spaces can be used by other guests or for ourselves as it's also our office. That normally won't be in evening and night:-)
Hallway including kitchen and its utilities are open for usage by al our guests.
We are located in the heart of Rotterdam centre, while it is very safe and quiet.
The Public Transport hub "Blaak" and "Beurs" (intercity train station/subway/tram & bus) are only 200 metres away, very convenient!
Parking can be done cheap & convenient in nearby Parking of the Markethall: www.parkereninmarkthal.nl/en (from €10 per day)
